Quite a few players could do with a time out, mainly players who act like the server is their domain to do as they wish, Including kicking people out or spam etc. etc.

Is this guy Assasin from Pakistan ? Just ban one playing combo server constantly switching team ( to winning one of course) or going to spec then enter server when a spot was free to winning one again.
