U are kicked because u are making the map shit always go specs and then rejoin as player again n again you do this about 2-3 times maybe u team change also by this way.when someone join the game u go specs then laugh and making the team uneven and stacked thats why u got kicked in last...

Going too spec is not a reason too kick someone, and you forgot too tell you left in the start and came back in blue en start spamming !R,,, because you tryed so hard too get in Speed his team? that balancer set you in blue for a reason, try too go red, that stacking.

Did someone make you in charge of server to decide who gets kicked? You are being involved with too many problems lately. Do you need a timeout?

If you are playing leech there is no rules about going to spec or coming back to play.
