    mutate ace highperftoggle on(completely locks fps)
    FPS limiter 180
    Vsync off.
    Code:
    MouseX=Axis aMouseX Speed=3.0
    MouseY=Axis aMouseY Speed=3.0
    Ut shortcut: C:\UnrealTournament\System\UnrealTournament.exe -cpuspeed=4000
    (CPUSPEED must be changed to your cpu max freq)
    Or make a bat file, and place it in your system folder:
    unrealtournament.exe -cpuspeed=4000
    Need to sticky this post or something lol. People keep asking the same questions about mouse input, game feel, etc. This same info has been repeated like 324985209 times.

    One thing I missed was change power mode to high performance mode. I can make a tutorial when I get back from walking the dog.

    not sure what specific issue this stuff should fix, but ut should run fine without it
    no one uses 200 dpi and i doubt a lot people ever messed with axis speed, also that cpuspeed thingy is normally not needed
    highperftoggle on and vsync off is probably always good to use though
