Question D3D9 make underwater screen clearer. possible?

    Currently I'm using D3D9.

When I play BT for example, I go underwater and then the screen is hard to see :/

Is there a way to make underwater screen clearer?

I also play with d3d9, With me the view under water is very good. Maybe make Unreal Tournament brighter. Can you make a screen where you are underwater?

I'm not sure Maybe this has something to do with gamma offset. in unreal.ini [D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice] GammaOffset=0.420000.
    Is only a presumption.
