connection failed while in game and rejected by server whe i try now to connect, an admin made me read the rules tho, and i tried to comply but it seems it was not enough, if i'm banned ( the same happens on US server when i try to connect). So, is the ban permanent?

he was playing as Anj3k an UK server ... saw him lamin multiple times yesterday.
told him to read the rules but no clue who banned him

nevermind, it must be that i was DMing, i'll try to avoid that, if the ban is not permanent of course, otherwise there's nothing to avoid in the first place

i warned you by showing you the rule , the first you did was chasing one and then went up the ramp and you did try too backshoot 2 ppl there and you were just dming after also , 1 day ban

You are banned by scream for 1 day, With the reason of backshooting and DM. Im pretty sure scream gave you more then enough chances to change it.
( Backshooting is turning around and shooting People in the back )
( DM is just trying to kill People, while avoiding to play ctf )

i agree on the DMing and i'll do my best to respect the rules in the future of course but anyway the situation you described happened 2.13 mins after the warning, in which i grabbed the flag, and the opponent was aware of my presence and infact he was shooting back
