    after ONE team have SS or SC? This ONE team are in advantage about base building, and probably pushing more than other team.
    The team that are winning will have more chances of get the mid nuke and unbalance even more the game...

    The mid nuke should spawn always in X minutes, and X >= 15
    Or at least when both teams have SS+SHP

    It looks like a dutch voting system. Vote NO and you get yes. Vote yes you get No, Vote again and we change the rules


    (in this case a yes is a no)
