A few moments ago I was banned from UK Insta a minute or so after joining for "Undefined".
This wasn't a Nexgen-issued ban; the message appeared in the console, so I suspect it's automated.
Potentially related to my use of the latest D3Dv10 renderer.

Yeah, I saw you were just banned, and it seems to be by mistake. I've removed the ban, and you should be able to join when the map changes on the servers.

That I'm not sure of. I'd stick to D3D9 until we know for sure what triggered the ban!

Your ban wasnt due to the renderer you were using, I can tell you more after we have resolved/know more as to who banned you and deal with it accordingly. You werent supposed to be banned, accept our apologies
