yes, first you can try with these inis,

    Index of ./UT99 ini players/

test both ini user and ut.ini dont forget erase the ace id in user.ini

second upgrade your drivers if required

    http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=4389#dl (especially the chipset)

    third
change your video driver if the problem persist

Try different renderers and Ini's. Sounds like an ini issue or render problem I know if I have d3d9 and di off I cant move my mouse but if you turn DI off in any render you need to restart UT aswell for direct input to actually be "off"

Yup did everything, still getting weird mouse lag. I'd have to make a demo in UT so you could see what I'm talking about. You can see the crosshair give off this weird glide, I can't really explain it without recording it

I'll try to mess around with more .ini's. For some reason I used somebodies .ini and I tried to connect to the UK DM server to test it out and it said I was banned forever with no reason.

I've also never felt the need to use DI because it never even worked for me anyways. I tried using DI and the mouse barely moves. Turned off Enhance pointer precision and it didn't even make a difference.

I've tried about 15 of those .ini's and none of them fixed the problem. I'm starting to think it's a hardware problem at this point.

Have you tried going back to your old mouse and see if it work again? With it's .ini that works and stuff?

Yep. The mouse is perfect when I'm navigating the menus. Totally different story when I'm in game.

Already tried, feels worse now. I never even had to download these mouse fixes before. Everything just worked fine.

Made a demo. It's really hard to tell what I'm talking about. When I try to jerk the mouse to the right, it just sort of stops and points down or it turns about halfway.
