    Just a general question

    How many of you (if anyone) would be interested in purchasing webhosting from us? I'm thinking of offering webhosting etc but before I do, I'd like to know, who if anyone would be interested...this is non profit btw so anything made would go back into paying our invoices, new servers etc

    How would the website be setup? Would you get your own website name like IANA — Example domains or would it have unrealkillers in it? What all would we get?

    At one point, I know I'll be interested in setting up something for my Photography, so it'll be good to have options.

    It won't have unrealkillers in it anywhere. You'd sign up with your own domain name. Basically, you'd be purchasing your webhosting through us. We'd provide your support etc etc like any other host really. If there's enough interest, I have a some people who are ready to provide round the clock support on webhosting. They are very competent. I know because I trained them. We'd use litespeed on all our webhosting packages (which is the leading webserver that not most hosts delpoy due to the cost and resort to using freeware like apache)

    If you like the site speeds here it's something to consider. The more feedback I get, the more I'll know whether or not this is something that should happen

    Well all webhosting packages are relative...

    I was thinking something along the lines of:
    3,000MB (3GB) Disk space
    30,000MB (30GB) Bandwidth
    1 domain allowed
    unlimited subdomains
    unlimited emails
    unlimited MySQL DB's

    Which would price at £2.99 month to month. Discounts would be available if signed up for 1, 2 or 3 years.

    All webhosting is on litespeed webservers. I'm still thinking about the domains part might up it to 2-3.

    this is something very interesting to me as i design and build sites as a hobby more than as a business and i have built quite a few to date from HTML to flash, there was always the problem of which webhost to use so you may save me a lot of trouble if you do get this off the ground.

    PS: that is a damn good price as well for what you offer compared to the hosts i have used in the past.

    At that price, I'd definitely be interested. It'd be a great place to host a portfolio for my photography.
