    Increase the cost or leech reward is better than add a limit imo

    One of these options already would reduce the amount of mines in map.
    Increase the cost isnt good for who make mines only in strategic stops, but increase leech (at least +25%) is good for the spammers stop making mines everywhere

    OR... increase the mine cost and the reward for builder if the mine kills anyone.

    Trouble with hard limits is the efficacy depends on the map. Mines should be cheap and unlimited on open maps like bathrooms, but on maps like McSwartzly even 20 mines is approaching overkill - Two in the water, eight on the main ramp, seven in the basement already has a LOT covered, particularly with 11+ people running around their base and probably one or two camping each entry point.

    And Niven? Don't even get me started.

    This is why I personally voted for non insta-build. You shouldn't be able to nuke and then immediately get blocked by someone Higoring it (setbuild|buildit/onrelease setmode 0/buildit|buildit|buildit, builds a fatal mine in two seconds flat). Super mines should stay insta build, at least those counter teles and cost a lot.

    Gaining more RU from killing mine would prevent people from making minelechz. Also would be nice to put some reason in level-damage pair, as for today it makes no sense to build lvl 5 mine when 4 lvl works perfect on everyone.
