The team balancer is royally f*cked and has been since I can remember.

Is anyone willing to fix this, and if not, is the source code available to I can fix it?

It's slightly more nuanced, in that "!t" is handled by exclusively by Nexgen - which has it's own Team Balancer (in NexgenTeamBalancer.uc) - while !teams is intercepted by AutoTeamBalance (which is available from nogginBasher's github page at: https://github.com/joeytwiddle/code/...alance/Classes).

Nexgen's Team Balancer only appears to consider differences in team size. AutoTeamBalance makes player switch decisions based upon calculated player "strengths", according to current and historical player scores.

So often !teams really is necessary to rebalance things in situations where team counts are actually identical.
