    That nba reference is valid, as you are allowed to defend a person all game if you wanted to. What rules is that other guy breaking. If he plays dumb then counter it. You are obviously getting your jimmies rustled by this guy, and its working.

    If we're gonna gonna go with a NBA reference, I'd say he's the guy that doesn't get back on defense and cherrypicks every possession, it's annoying for his team and the other team
