    It's easy, indeed. Just connect your monitor to any modern video card. Usually, you will be able to run 3 monitors with 1 card.
    Though, what's ideal depends on your personal needs. For mmorpg it would be an even number. Odd number for fps games. For an additional info window add 1.. etc.
    Ideally, you would use technologies such as eyefinity or vision surround.

    Your pieces of advice were great mates, my problem is fixed now I reinstalled Windows but I still don't know what was wrong on my computer.

    Have you installed the drivers for your specific computer from the manufacturer? Motherboard, Video, USB, SATA, Ethernet, Keyboard and Mouse drivers are critical to Windows operations.
