The ban system I designed needs to be updated to work with the latest ACE, so if @SAM wants to keep this guy out in the short term, he'll need to put the previous version of ACE back on. I don't have UT installed and I no longer have all the development config/files/etc. to update the ban system for the latest ACE. Maybe some day I'll update the ban system to work with the latest ACE, but today is not that day.
