    Hi Sam i have downloaded from your page the multi core fix and my netspeed is 20000. In System folder I find no ACE.ini but in the
    User.ini are a lot of listings.

    Don't use any multi core fix....this doesn't look like network issue to me. It looks like cpu timing issue. I will look at your ini tomorrow night.

    You'll have a section from your unrealtournament.ini that should be labelled acev08h which will show certain timing settings this is what sam wants to see or user.ini I cant remember now

    I play on all four cores, if I only Play on one stutters the game

    I had before about five minutes this lag again. on UK instagib server.
    I am then gone as spectator, and then I would automatically kicked from server.
    I look in console and see a mega high frames 1883. look screenshot.
    Hope the error is found so makes no fun

    Your CPU temps are abnormally high. I idle at 27° and max out around 34° in game. Are those your ingame temps or idle?

    thats quite bad for a game as old as ut99? next time you play keep the framerate counter up and see if thats dropping drastically to make this "lag" effect happen, if it does it means your dropping frames and so making it feel like your lagging
