    Nukes firing into thin air

Over the past month, this has happened several times to me. Not sure how it is even possible. I fire a nuke and you hear it travel off like it went somewhere, when in fact I am shooting it right at the ground and it should have exploded. I thought it was a map quirk before but it happened on simplex recently and doa today. Any others experience this?

It's a bug. It happened everywhere, servers, even your own client playing in a practice map. I've known this for quite awhile, and it happened to me a lot when I do some fast switching and trigger happy. I say it's normal. Just like if you try to trans too fast, you will get a gun popped out instead.

You probably switched to nuke too fast and fired before it was set.

Let me try to put it differently. It is a bug that recently came to be in the game because I never had it happen for many, many siege matches prior to about 1-2 months ago max. @Higor
