Exclamation frustrating micro stuttering in all the games including UT99 ... WTF!

I updated to windows 10 and now I'm getting crazy stuttering and annoying texture issues in all of the games, anti aliasing seems useless, and distant objects take a considerable time to load, I've looked all over the internet for solutions, as I have found many others suffer from the same problem, but no real solution was provided. I would really appreciate your help guys, I spent a fortune on this PC and now I'm in debt because I maxed out my credit card! PLEASE HELP

8 system threads and system locking up, what a disgrace of OS.

In the meantime you can try pinpointing the issue:
    - Something is using up Kernel resources.
    - Something is using up Video Adapter resources.

Close web browsers (flash uses vga acceleration) and disable some OS automatic tasks.
Maybe get rid of the store and a few other things.

Bottom line is, try running the OS as if it was a Windows 95 system, we didn't need so many crap running back then, we really don't need it now.

Uninstall all Nvidia Drivers with revo uninstaller or a similar program, disable automatic driver updates in windows and install the newest win 10 driver.

Exactly what i want to say

    some other tips:

open console as admin, type: sfc /scannow (scan and repair system files) or: FOR /R C:\ %G IN (*.dll) DO "%systemroot%\system32\regsvr32.exe" /s "%G" (reregister all .dll files, ignore errors, its okay)

or download http://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/getmirr..._repair,1.html, DO A COMPLETE BACKUP before use, it repairs windows in 99% and 1% it destroys windows.
