I believe that's his way of lightly letting the player know they probably shouldn't continue doing that. I have a "CAN YOU NOT" bind specifically for this purpose. At most, ScReaM and I will hit these binds every few minutes, depending on whether or not people are following the server rules. It sure as shit isn't every 16 seconds...

Normally I wouldn't use such bind to make the player to become more angry and do thing to get themselves into trouble by encouraging them to break rules. So I would like this to be reconsidered for thoughts. Knowledge for rule help by a bind could be a great awareness I guess.

Set input key say Please no backshooting! It's against the rule!
Etc.

Just saying.
