    Spectator commands on RC16

    There's extra commands for Siege spectators that improve navigation ability.

    Chase *name*
    This command also does partial name searches, so it's not necessary to type in the full name.

    ToWall
    Teleports spectator to point we're aiming at.

    JumpOutOfPlayer
    Stops chasing a player, moves spectator to this player's location.

    FindFlamer *skip*
    Finds the first flamer on the player list, SKIP parameter let's us find other flamers.
    Example: 'FindFlamer 1' moves us to the second flamer in the playerlist.

    FindNuker *skip*
    Similar to FindFlamer, but to find nukers.
