    it's good?

    hi apes... im with a problem on my ut.ini configuration
    the crosshair looks like move after i move the mouse i dont know if it's a bad video configuration, then someone can say me if this problem happens with my config:?

    (i use mousefix and fov 80)

    1-low refresh resolution = high refresh rate
    2-my pc is bad huiase, ut + ts = super lag
