-Instead of locking your door when you leave the house, you place a large box in the way to block entry
-When the person in line in front of you at the store is taking too long, you boost them out of the way
-When asking your parents for your allowance, you tell them to up you
-You think the snipers in the military should be banned for camping
-You start wearing black latex fetish gear and refer to it as your "rubber suit"
-You think the best way to deter Iran's nuclear program is with a well-timed shock combo

That's kinda funny, I've actually developed a few real-life habits thanks to my gaming background. Here's a few of them:

I check every inch of a room and all of my corners when getting to said room (most likely caused by UT99)

I finish sprints off with a bunny hop or two (any given arena fps, this actually allows you to finish a run slightly faster)

I occasionally bunny hop in real life across slick floors at work (doable when done right due to sliding forward with each landing, gives a major speed boost but is extremely dangerous to do)

I use side dodges, bunnyhops, strafe jumps, and various other tricks to get around obstacles (boxes, trash cans, co-workers, etc.) in real life. (any given fast paced game, this skill especially developed when I had run from kids out to get my ass back in the day and from doing parkour when I was a kid)

Games like Half-Life and Far Cry Instincts caused me to develop serious quick response skills that allowed me to contain a fire less than 20 seconds after waking up, and save my trailer from burning down to the ground. Putting the fire out was actually a REALLY complicated process which involved me snuffing the original grease fire out, extinguishing the flames in the hood above the stove and on the ceiling, and killing the electricity. I pulled it off in less than a minute and it was contained good enough for the fire department to axe open the ceiling and finish the job. The other dumb asses in my house didn't know what to do and just ran like hell.

I wish I can build teleporters and translocator so I can get to another place faster.
