Fishy stuff by basmic

Basmic got a 30-40 sec rec on Blitzcastle which is impossible. According to him it has to do with some sort of glitch. In the first place he capped with the glitch so I felt like notifying it here. A other person also said it had to do with buggy/glitched cps, so might take a look at this.

It is impossible, i've got more knowledge on BT then siege, and a good rec is around 1:45 or close to that on i4g.

blitzcastle if i remember right has a lot of movers and some you have to shoot and dodge pieces. so it is impossible to have record under a minute

I have seen this before, its a glitch with CP where its like you drop the flag for a split second and as you grab it again it caps, can take several times for it to happen, hence it being 25-35 seconds normally.

The massive suicide is done by a keybind. Just edit your .INI file so the key you wish to use has "suicide | " continuously.

If the admins wish to know how to execute the hack so that they may fix their server, then I will gladly let them know by PM. As far as I know their is a fix for this exploit/'hack'.

In all honesty I was just bored and thought the telehack had been fixed on this server. Seems not. Apologies to those upset by this.

Ok, I can finally focus on other things.

Fixing up the exploit would take a simple mutator to alter the player's login URL before it's spawned.
That, is actually pretty easy.

I'd rather do this in the core game itself but if for some reason we can't update BT, then a simple serverside mutator will suffice.

Just noticed I got banned after server crashed, then spat me out with some ban code in the console.

I am grateful that I am not banned for life. For the record, although my records have now been erased, only BlitzCastle was the cheated one.
