    CTF-SpaceWars][(R)

Added images all kinds of shit in space. Spaceships from StarWars, BattleStar Galactica, Star Trek, and even the old Buck Rogers fighter, planets, galaxy's, a DeathStar, few other things. I'm missing alot of ships, but its getting clustered. Custom Rebel and Empire Flags. Rotation of space is horizontally very slow. StarWars music added for the Theme.

I like Star Trek better but I'm interested in this creation of yours. I hope it's not too much regarding performance and occasional frame drops.

The screenshots don't work. Maybe you should just put them on imgur or something.

EDIT: lol, I'm dumb. I thought it was gonna be a Siege map?! Saw the screenshots in your other thread

i'm sure they have to be "Approved" First.

Fixed, wont have to worry about that problem again.

Lmao these are great. Those decos in the sky, movable? Would be nice to see it fly by in mid/around the area without interrupting in middle of the battle arena! ^^

It would be cool if they were flying around, but they are just square images floating in the skybox. I'm not advanced enough to make that happen and it look good...lol. I did think of it though.

I count like 40 brushes in the skybox. How could you get them to move around without hitting each other? Not only that, but the image only looks right at the correct angle. Were you talking about making them mover brushes? Here are some views of the skybox from the editor. There is plenty of room to move some things maybe, like a planet spinning maybe? Is there a way I can benchmark the map to see what kind of polys Im working with at the moment?

Instead of using subtract/add brushes, we use mover brushes and they will slide through just like any other map make with door. You can make it explode too and stuff.

    Lode's Unreal
https://ut99.org/viewforum.php?f=5 (if anything about movers can be found here.)
Maps & Mapping - Forum - i4Games (pro mover tips can be found here too sometimes because BT maps is mostly worked around with so many movers!)
    & more.
I'm not too pro about making movers cuz I ran into some weird bsp error that seemed like a dead end to me but apparently it was my PC causing it so I didn't work with movers much. But if I have to, I'll send my map to someone as they rebuild the map and no bsp errors lel. Strange stuff.

That really is strange. Maybe one of your editor files are corrupted or a video driver is corrupted.

I will look into the movers and see what I might be able to come up with. Thanks Cham!

Oh, is there a way to change a add/subtract brush to a mover brush by changing its properties? Or do I have to delete the brushes and start over? If I have to start over, it will be Ver3

Not too sure about that but u may need to look over the tutorial and make one from scratch until u get the idea how it work... I usually delete said brush and make a mover brush so it can be used.

I'm doubt that either my editor file or video driver is corrupted, it's the way how the geometry was built (or rendered, whatever make bsp issue appear) and the unreal ed goblin appeared so I'm very much assuming it have something to do with my CPU. Yes... those goblins exist and they are camping in my CPU maybe... :P lol
