Ban seems to be on US IG server only. It seems to have blocked my ID as well.

I never had any problem with existing connection which is a bridge tunnel (VPN) as well. I acquired new connection via Shaw as lately Telus has been causing grief with 15-18% intermittent packetloss...

Can someone assist me with resolving this please? Thanks.

I am not sure but server keeps kicking me today. It doesn't state the reason for the ban/kick.
