Unrealshots Ini

Hi Everyone, just wanted to get some info on how the Unrealshots ini works. I always thought it was for optimal settings because in my case the regular 3d and other settings do not work and my video looks super dark and there's nothing I can do to fix it. The unrealshots ini was so great because it fixed that issue and just makes game play so much better. Now on to my question, is it considered a cheat or does it have aimbot? I have been playing UT99 since it came out so I'm an ok player but recently there was a player accusing me of having aimbot in a sniper server and I was also trying to help a new player who seemed to behaving the same issue I was initially having, he said everything was too dark so I told him to try out the unrealshots ini and then I got accused by another player of having a cheat on. Any feedback will be great appreciated.

Don't pay attention to this fool. An ini does not carry an aimbot
