Think about it from the perspective of the teamswitcher, if you would be a teamswitcher, would you consider that 3 minutes is too long to get in the game? 3 minutes out of a match of 80?, and locking the players to one team is basically the only way to avoid this rats, though at certain point, yes it is cruel but its less cruel than taking away the spec slots

3 Minutes is a long time, and locking a player to a team is just cruel (language barrier's, style conflicts, etc) but I do think a ONE MINUTE hold on rejoining might be useful.. 1 minutes is a LONG TIME TOO... but not too long.

Perhaps, and very good point's. Perhaps we could take advice from the NHL(National Hockey League).. 2 Minute Penalty box.
