ok, the ranking is good, but you forgot on important factor: comunication
this list is faithful for the players skill, but in pugs, the players who dont use the TS, or dont understand perfectly english has much disadvantage.
you can make the salaries value with this list, but after is good decrease the value in $100 for players without mic and $50 for who have mic, but dont talk/understand well.
just a suggestion.

Too high: Temi, Chop Drain, unrealshots, Svelty, Street and Sheepy. No offense.
Too low: Banny, Novak, Moskva, Cupcake, Vatiko, Hector and Adrian.
