    Not really, how can it be his fault when he can't see or read the rules anywhere?
    He will be banned soon, probably of different reasons. But this shouldn't be perma ban.. maybe just a few matches and telling him what reason also, maybe someone should unban is account here so he can read it or someone can send him all rules.. like terminator? who talks to him? So he will be aware of it.
