I called them today and they said nothing is wrong on my end they'll get back to me Monday if they find anything godbless American internet.

There is clearly something wrong with your Internet. Your trace route does not have any hostnames on the route but I can guarantee the first second and third even up to 6th is still on your providers's network. When your connection hits nlayer that's when it reaches serverside network.
Show them this traceroute or thread and give them time it happened or regularly happens. Best thing when you are having this issue call them and have them remote your desktop to see it on cmd prompt (seeing as ISPs never believe the customer)Last edited by SAM; 12-16-2012 at 07:40 PM.
