    Seriously if you haven't jumped the rx ship yet, do it. That community died with RB and {WINGS} years ago. HoF sort of kept it afloat but they win by default since VM is an absolute joke.

Please see further information with regards to this complaint of Denial of Service commited by the user in the aforementioned located at IP address 71.190.206.106

New compelling information has been discovered and also confirmed by third party gameserver host who we have no affiliation with other than being a customer of.

As you can see, the host confirms that once the IP address 71.190.206.106 was blocked with firewsall the attack had subsided.

This is an additional attack launched against IP address 74.91.121.36 in addition to the above mentioned 69.167.106.21 from 71.190.206.106

This new information puts it all out of the question whether or not this was a deliberate attack designed to take down the services causing interruption, financial loss and stress to the victims as well as the server host in providing support.

The alleged perpetrator has caused significant losses to his victims. 
1) The server fees his victims must pay and the downtime caused by these attacks - inflicting losses on a daily basis
2) Possible income from donations towards the upkeep of servers
3) Consultancy support services required to be provided by the server host in order to mitigate these DoS attacks
4) Time his victims spent troubleshooting the possible cause (in which the victims could have worked additional overtime, or a separate job to generate additional income)
5) Stress - by being responsible for these crashes stressing out the server administrators who were unable to pinpoint the issue, and users being unable to connect to the servers provided.

As a result of the above evidence, noted, initially in the first complaint and the latter, the consequences and adverse affects: financial; personal; and mental well being, I would strongly suggest this is strongly pursued.
    Once fluke give me the ticket ids I will submit the above...

    wouldnt surprise me if chopper knew what was really going on with the server crashes, guy is a complete ass
