From the rules, line 4:

-No Supplier Spamming/Hiding/Crouching (25/50/200 matches)

@Chamberly, there is a crouch key, allows you to duck or in other mods avoid sniper headshot. Ducking or crouching in the supplier is a way to make it harder to get boosted out of the supplier and prevents teammates from getting weapons in an orderly fashion. On the one hand, it is good etiquette to let a player get ammo in the supplier but if they take too long then they need to be boosted out. Some 'noob' player like Boon crouches in the supplier to get all the ammo he wants for like 5 seconds while he is harder to boost out. Is a gray area on the surface but is applicable to players who abuse time in the supplier. This is my reading of it (I am not uK or admin ).
