Protected Tag Problem?

Hi, recently I tried to play on the samhouse BT server, and it won't let me. I keep getting kicked for using a "protected tag," and this protected tag is simply the | symbol. My clan tag is |bc| and this is why I am getting kicked. This means none of my clan members can play on the samhouse server unless they remove their clan tag. I think maybe sam was trying to add |uK| as a protected tag, but just added | instead. I was wondering if this issue could be fixed, so that I can play on the server with my clan tag. Thanks!

Ah there is a problem. I just contacted SAM about it as well.
