    the blue circles are what they called rocket cannons and will shoot any enemy building at its sight. Therefore if a player builds rocket canons on the enemy base near the supplier or super supplier (these give out weapons to players) then it well attack the supplier and give the enemy a disadvantage on getting weapons.
