    Where are my screenshots?

I thought that when you took a screenshot in UT that it was stored in the System folder. I cannot find them though... I was wondering where they are supposed to be. It might also be because I have the Steam version of UT and that is screwing shit up. Or it could be my OS which is Windows 7 starter. Don't ever get Windows 7 starter by the way. Terrible it is.

I play UT by it's own original program and not from Steam so I can't figure out where it might be... I did played UT from steam but I don't think I've done anything with screen shot. Sorry... maybe I could try again in a few days if no one else could point out where.

I might be wrong but doesn't steam have its own screenshot folder? Maybe check that folder to see if the ss are there

They go in System. I doubt it matters where you got UT from.. steam or otherwise. UT puts them there. You may find that none are being made because of screen resolution: I had this problem and only got screenshots made when I changed UT to use a 4:3 resolution instead of widescreen which my monitor uses.

Thank you all for you input. I looked again and found some screenies that I must have taken because they were in System and they were the resolution that I am currently using. NARF!

UT99 stores screenshots in the system folder, they're in .bmp format.

Order your files by type, not name, and they should be easier to locate. Or get a good graphic viewer to look at that directory, it should only bring up the image files:

I use ThumbsPlus, primarily. Also good for graphic-type conversions.
