    Looks like the server has reached the maximum network channel limit [1024] and new PlayerPawns won't be replicated to the corresponding clients.
    I reported this issue with NPLoader back when Siege server was having hard drive problems (yet I was blamed for it).

    Anyways, it's either a map issue containing too many replicated actors, or a mod is extremely badly designed.
    I'd be ideal to get a memory dump or actor list from the server, but unfortunately I can't even get it unless a manual actor kill command is issued and I don't think we got that in playerless servers.

    I'll see if there's an admin alert bot in there and try and issue a KillAll command.

    Issued a map restart a a couple of minutes ago and the server's still isn't done switching maps, looks like it's stuck in the garbage collector process...
    This is caused by spawning tens of thousands of actors, the server's memory must have taken a serious hit.

    @SAM, be on the lookout for notifications from the server provider.
    And whatever new mod you've got there, take a better look at what the code does.
