From the looks of it, he was on the same team before he went to spec and when he joined the game. So the second part of your claim is false. I feel that there is no ban is necessary here.

It's questionable because xconsole change the player's color to the team they are on. That's why demo is useful for this, or have luck timing to collect this via ss... but idk about this... :| Unless admin want to check the log (does it show what team he was on and joined anyway?)

yes xconsole changes the color instantly to the team the person has joined in. I am not lying. Admin can check the logs. He was red then came back to blue.
