    System setup for Newnet

    Hi guys,
    You were so much help with ACE, I thought I would ask for help with Newnet servers without ACE. I currently play 1v1 on a Newnet server without ACE but with Tweak52, where I have about 30 ping. When I play my weapons seem really off and when I die, I get killed first then the sound and ammo of the other players weapons now showing on my screen as I lay there to see what happened. Just to make sure I wasn't going crazy I demoreced half a game. There are no shock balls or flak spray,goo and flak balls travel about 3 feet, and rockets fire in different directions then I'm aiming. I also did a demo in practice mode and I can see everything fire properly. I have no idea why this is happening. Is there some magical INI. that might help?

    Your server needs a tickrate fix. I included one with the official release.

    Hi TimTim, Krid is the server operator and the tickrate is 65. He is using version 9.02 I think. Anyway, I will let him know....Thanks!

    Hey most demo stuff is fixed in newest versions! There's a handful of issues remaining but the most used weapons should be fine. It's a pain in the ass to fix. The engine was never designed to handle most of the stuff NewNet does lol... The only way to properly make everything work the way I really want would be to rewrite the entire game. Luckily UT4 is around the corner and we can do things the right way from the beginning.
