autodemo failing

I have had a problem trying to get autodemo to work properly, sometimes it will work for the first few games then it would fail, or it won't record a single one, I'm getting fed up trying to fix it now.

What I have tried:
Reinstall UT,
Reinstall Udemo,
Tried different versions of UDemo,
Stopped using names with punctuation characters,
Tried the utPure/newnet autodemo,
Used several different inis,
Tried a keybind (%l_[%y_%m_%d_%t]_[%c]_%e, copied from user.ini just to check if it would work)

I also tried XConsole auto demo, it worked but I crash whenever I:
Type into the console more than 2 times,
Press Esc after leaving a server,
When the server changes map.

I have had no problems getting it to work before(hence 95gb worth of demos), is there anything else I could try to get it to work, or anyway to use xconsole without it crashing every 5 minutes?

Do you record on multiplay only? This is the only setting I use and it record and no crash.

Recording in every single game won't record all. I also think there is a bug if you record yourself playing offline so might wanna watch out for that, even tho I can't recall what the problem was.

Also, what does the crash message say?

Ok 95 GB of demos? Move some of the demo out of that folder and put it somewhere else. Demo won't hold much if you have too many in your folder because of errors. Example: http://www.unrealadmin.org/forums/sh...ad.php?t=31154

They are stored on one of my back up external hard drives, I never let the demos go over 2gb in the system folder.

I tried always, multiplayer only, and it still doesn't work.

I did a search and replace on my inis for bAutoDemo and changed them all to true, and changed the udemo setting to online only again, 9/10 it works for the siege server but it's still being really temperamental on the insta/combo servers.

Fixed.

Deleted the stuff to do with demos in user.ini, and let ut remake them, and then changed the settings to auto again.
