I just tried going fullscreen 1080p after a couple of years and I was complete shit, went back to windowed mode lel

I unpacked this Highend crosshairs utx file, and the dimmension of crosshairs is 512x512....mb thats why my UT not showing them???
It also have zoom crosshair and nuke crosshair, and this ones not working too, when i zoom standart one appears

All I know was the code have to have that design embedded into the weapon for this function to work, I seen it on other sniper but idk about client side without a modification on weapon.

Well not sure, but mb if i will change original zoom texture it may work
