COMBOGIB Server Appears Offline in UT when it's not.

I assume this is a problem on my end because the server was full last night and I doubt it would fill up if it appeared down. I can view players/scores in the server browser and even connect via open location.

This has been this way for a few days for me. Last night my ping was up and down as my connection was crappy but it was fine on Tuesday night and the problem still existed. Even later in the night when many of the other servers I had a ~30-60 ping Combogib still appeared "down" in the UT server browser.


Anybody know why this may be happening and if there is something I can do to fix it?

Couldn't it just be due to the attacks?

Attacks? I've seen a thread related to DDoS but I didn't open it, I assume that's what you're referring to.

I've refreshed several times, maybe as many as a dozen with no change. It's only the Combogib server. All other UK hosted servers appear fine.

servers are unreachable at the minute, looking to resolve this asap, watch this space

server combogib one you see in the ACE remains seconds after trying to connect the machine hangs.

The server provider screwed up. @SAM has already contacted them about it.

Still having the issue. COMBOGIB shows "9999" ping etc etc . I can click on it and see players and connect via open location.

Still think it's me. I noticed yesterday I can't connect to SJA's website. Maybe a DNS / ISP issue.

Might be an idea to use google DNS? 8.8?4.4 or 8.8.8.8
