Anything other than tele is still not allowed in public as well.

This should be clarified, some mods/admins say it's fine to do whatever through wall except RC/mortar bombs.

allowing nothing else but tele is kinda retarded how else will you be able to take it over in public pugs and maybe IST mines or conts would be fine.
