ComboInsta and Newnet Questions

Hi all,
Couple of questions....
1) I'm setting up another server and I can't find the shockcombo mutator where the shockballs are not instant kill and the explosions are not so large. I went as far back as Newnet 5f just to try the mutator. But I don't know the correct settings if they are included in that package.
2) I tried to get 9_15 but I need a password. Any idea how to get this? Does this version include the shockcombo I'm looking for?

I do not think Combogib is released to be honest everything else for newnet is released besides the combogib feature only released to |UK| I believe it I am not wrong correct me if I am.
