Issue with the UK server

Since today im having issues with the uk server alone ( on every other server i play my ping is normal ) , ping is around 160 and not dropping ,when its usually 60 or 70 top, what can be the cause and is there a way to fix that problem. Noticed that other players dont have that issue.

Sometimes my ping goes up to ~50 for a while (this is when I randomly can't dodge in games as well, until I get killed), my ping is normally around 18-20ping on the uk server.

Dunno its weird coz on the us server everything works fine...maybe it will go away its hard to play with that constant lagg =S
