Is long time that I'm playing with random nicks, and 15% accuracy for me is ridicolous. I'm not a pro but sure better then this
Anyway you can find my old posts where I'd told that UK server for me was unplayable (terrible shots delay/ping feeling like 250 ).
I see you before on woot (my nick was ' ) and yes, finally you play CTF Yesterday you had 0 grabs in 15 min (same map). I'm not vs defending players, but there are many methods by defend without camping in your base for all time.

Well just reduce the award, but seriously the revenge mutator will not affect the dming/chasing. I bet if it is taken off they would not notice, they will just continue to dm/chase.

Get a logitech G502 mouse, nothing even comes close to it, it makes the g400 feel like a ball mouse, I've been messing around with 180s of 60-70cm and it still tracks fine, although I wouldn't recommend using such kind of setting.
If you have fps drops, disable windows search in the services.
