I played a rocket arena that a friend, Dextro, set up that had all weapons some years ago. I could very well be hugely mistaken but I think it was from the original mod from the GOTY cd's.
But if it's rockets only, that rocket face server has a decent setup with boosting off, no deemer, normal grav and low air control. There was one that had boosting enabled and you could even boost yourself Quake style.

LOL. Haven't heard of it but it sounds awesome. Hopefully UT4 will bring back the days of crazy gametypes.

put all the mods u wants and slv arena, that will make all weapons change to slvs haha.
hey you all talks like rocket x is dead but this server ROCKET X8 ever have lot of players that are not fake players or bots, this time i found 6 players playing,

Edited your post. Sorry, we don't advertise that server. If you knew what the admin of that server did to www.hofgamingclan.com you wouldn't play there. Basically hacked their server and other(s) ie E201, offline so that his would be popular.
