Not sure who this parker guy is but put 2 rocket cannons in our supplier.

This happens when there's no free space around the core and/or the supplier is too close to the core. It happens many times on Butchered and similar maps. I don't know Parker but I'd guess it was an accident. Maybe he got boosted.

hard to say, but he did it twice, id say once is n oops 2 times probly not.

i mean like this screen shot doesn't show us much.
in this case i'd prefer to watch a demo before taking action.

should it happen again Ill try to get a better shot, you know how it goes, your in a hurry to get back in the supplier and doing a screen shot is on top of the to do list at that time.
