So I turn on UT, check player list when all of a sudden theres a Skarn in the player list.. the fuck? I enter the server and im 100% sure its Assassin (from Pakistan), due to his 700 ping. I try talking to him but he doesn't respond. I typed mutate iptocountry into console, but it said country Unknown for everyone. I asked others to do it aswell, but it also said Unknown for them. Check his ip just incase even though I know it's him... and since he's a repeated offender, make ban a little longer now.
Fun fact: He got admin on that ultimate india server, then he started banning everyone and got himself permabanned by the main admin, gg.

I banned him for teamswitching not long ago, gave him 2 days due all problems everyone had, but I haven't banned him from this.. I don't get why he is being such a problem maker..
