nexgen - problem with slots

Hi Unreals, Anyone have an idea what option or command or something else may block slot change on a server? Earlier when nexgen was installed on the server I could easily use 'admintool' or superwebadmin over web browser to change number of slots in the middle of the game . Nowadays when i try to change slots via admintool or www, it seems like slots are changed but nexgen is automatically rejoining players and puts them on spectator slots. Any idea what's going on ?

Yes, exactly in tdm 2v2,3v3,4v4 the problem is when we alredy playing at simple 2v2 or 3v3 and 2 spec's wanna play, I dont want change map again with 3v3 or 4v4, I want change just slots and here is the problem.

Now I have another problem with NexgenPLus - Full server redirect settings ... - doesnt work anymore.

Some time ago this option working fine, but now nothing happen when server is full. Anyone have any idea what can be the problem in here ?

Ive even tried both options enabled

but even with one: enable player redirect to alternate servers when server is full - ... nothing happen.
its just rejected by server ....

You need to have one open slot at all times. If your max slot is 22 then you need 23. The 23rd slot redirect players.
