    Win 10,lagg

    Yo, i was Getting blue screen and/or PC freezing. I hoped IT was Windows problem
    So i upgraded to win10. I am still Getting PC crashes and blue screen so i guess ITs
    A Hardware problem then.
    AnywaY, i tried to Play ut99 and its broken. I am getting terrible screen lagg, its
    Like my fps drop but they dont, they are fine and yet it looks Like that, bloody
    Microstuttering... I tried d3d8,d9,d10,OPEN gl, everything the same considering lagg.
    AnybodY stumbled on this before and has a Fix maybe?
    And i tried ut4 on win10, and the Mouse input is night and day, its so much better
    On win10..
