    Nothing has changed yet, legally. There has to be a formal request via Article 50 for the process to begin (which hasn't happened at this point - media rumour says "Easter 2017"), which takes two years once it's been set in motion. So we're talking about at least mid-2019 before it becomes a reality (and assuming the road-blocking attempts currently underway in various quarters bear no fruit). But there have been a slew of announcements both of businesses indicating new investment in the UK (in the present tense), or making noises about shifting jobs away once the transition is complete at some unspecificed juncture in the future.
